APOC Xcelerator 248 Arizona White Premium Acrylic is a premium, highly flexible, white acrylic roof coating specially formulated with drying agents to reduce the set time of the applied coating. Xcelerator 248 creates a film quicker under cooler drying conditions, as well as creating a surface that is resistant to moisture such as dew, condensation and rain in a faster and shorter time frame. Xcelerator 248 resists cracking, peeling and mildew, while offering tremendous durability and long term life. This coating provides an excellent, highly protective barrier which reflects the sun’s heat and destructive UV rays. In turn, this helps to cool surfaces leading to a reduction in interior temperatures as well as reduced thermal expansion & contraction of the roof and less stress on the building and roof membrane.
